| The following 54 lots are from a very comprehensive German Area Collection - compiled and organized by Sherman Williams. It is by far the most extensive high quality collection of German stamps to be offered by the OSS in at least two decades. The collections are organized according to the Michel catalogs - including a large number of items not listed in the Scott catalogs. Where Scott values were not available, Michel values have been used with a conversion factor of $1.40/Euro. The Michel catalogs from 2003 were utilized for this valuation, so the CAT value is somewhat understated. |
